Objectives

The purpose of the Public Limited Company is:

I. to operate agricultural, horticultural, livestock farming, and fishery businesses;

2. to trade in agricultural, horticultural, livestock farming, and fishery products, including import, export, and transit trade;

3. to process and handle agricultural, horticultural, livestock farming, and fishery products and, in general, to perform everything related to the foregoing in the broadest sense of the word, to the extent legally permitted;

4. to import and export agricultural products and all related products and by-products;

5. to import agricultural implements, fertilizers, insecticides, packaging materials, and all related products and by-products;

6. to act as an agent, representative, and in any other capacity for third parties with regard to actions and transactions related to the foregoing purposes;

7. performing all acts that in the broadest sense pertain to the foregoing, are related to it, or may be conducive to it, including participating in and managing other enterprises with a similar or similar purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
